Kezia Ouomoye

Kezia Ouomoye is an art practitioner whose work spans artistic production, writing, mentoring, and curatorial practice. She currently serves as an art Consultant to emerging art institutions, where she plays a key role in developing international projects, advising on curatorial strategies, and supporting artists in navigating global art platforms. Kezia is a proud alumni of blaXTARLINES project space for contemporary art and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds a BFA and MFA in Fine Arts. She is also a Project Manager and Curator at Diaspora Fine Art (Florida, USA), contributing to exhibitions and programming that highlight African and diasporic perspectives in the global art discourse. Her practice as an artist, curator, and administrator allows her to move fluidly between creating work, mentoring early-career practitioners, and designing nomadic programming that bridges virtual and physical platforms. With a background in writing and art theory, Kezia continuously tests how archives, objects, and storytelling can generate new forms of understanding.

Yvanna Donkor

Yvanna Donkor grew up in Ho, in Ghana’s Volta Region, where she developed an early interest in fictional writing and storytelling. She holds a BFA in Publishing and has since built experience working with NGOs and cultural institutions both locally and internationally. At The Neoteric, Yvanna supports editorial coordination, content development, and program delivery, contributing to the organisation’s commitment to thoughtful publishing and collaborative cultural practice.

At The Neoteric, Daniel serves as Operations Manager, where his work focuses on operations, communication, logistics, and building sustainable creative networks that support the organisation’s programs and initiatives.

Kate Wand

With over 15 years in educational and community settings, Kate’s work centers creative processes, authentic growth, and beloved community. Inspired by Bell Hooks, Audre Lorde, and Paulo Freire, Kate is committed to collective betterment that is rooted in love, vulnerability, and liberatory praxis. She is a proud graduate of Emerson College (Boston, MA, USA), and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College (Amherst, MA, USA). At The Neoteric, Kate provides advisory and supervisory support on editorial direction and regional engagement. She represents The Neoteric in an ambassadorial capacity by attending key events, forums, and programs across the USA and the Americas, contributing insight into contemporary cultural discourse and community-centered practice.
